They arrived 15 minutes after the call to their office staff and the road side service man was so professional. I had a remarkable experience at this small-town, family-owned tire shop in South Texas. After a close call on the highway, I pulled in, unsure of what to expect. The staff greeted me with warmth and understanding, and although I initially thought I’d have to leave my truck for a couple of days, they quickly went above and beyond. The shop manager, a 29-year military vet, personally checked in on me and invited me to lunch while his team took care of my truck. It wasn’t just about fixing a tire; it was about genuine, human connection—something you don’t find every day. They made me feel like family, and I left with my truck in great shape and my spirit lifted. I’ll definitely stop in whenever I pass through.
